RETURNS POLICY
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return subjected to terms and conditions as follows
- A properly dispatched and received item as per customers order is not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
- Damages and wrong items: Please inspect your order upon receiving and if it is found defective, damaged or wrong items are received, please contact us immediately within 5 working days of delivery and so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- In case of wrong items: Our team shall coordinate with the customer immediately to resolve the issue and arrange for replacement as soon as possible. In this case, customer shall send back the wrong items. The logistics cost involved in return and replacement will be provided by the company. Customer shall pack the wrong items in the same condition they received it and send it back to the following address: Wild Honey Hunters, No.6, Agilmedu 6th Street, Erode 638001.
- Refund: In case of damaged, defective or delivery of wrong items is done. After evaluating the customers request and condition. If refund is approved by the team. Such refunds will be made to the original payment account or to the account given by the customer, which is easier for processing. Refund will be processed within 10-15 working days from the approval date.
